Little Hall has been closed for nearly 18 months but now at last we are open again.
We will open Friday to Sunday afternoons, 1pm to 4pm, from the 22nd May 2021, subject to any changes in the government restrictions. Our season usually closes at the end of October.
The house and its collection have had to stay closed for the whole of the 2020 season although we were able to open the garden for some summer weekends and the early May Bank Holiday weekend. During this time some maintenance work has been able to continue.
In particular we have just completed repainting the street frontage.
Reopening the house of course depends on having enough volunteers to help. We need volunteers to guide, meet and greet our visitors and many other roles. Little Hall has some wonderful stories to tell and volunteering is incredibly rewarding, even if you only have a few hours a week to spare any help would be most welcome.
