November was the Literary Festival – December was Shopping

On Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th November the house and garden was open to coincide with the Lavenham Literary Festival.

Tracy Borman gave a talk at the Festival and then had a tour of Little Hall.

We had some extra displays about the books in the library, with demonstrations of book cleaning and book binding.

On Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd December we opened a specially enlarged shop as part of the Lavenham Christmas Shopping Even.

Although the regular season at Little Hall finished at the end of October, Little Hall is able to welcome groups of 10 or more any time of the year. There is a concessionary rate of £4.50 per person. You can have a guided tour or wander freely through the house. We are also happy to offer illustrated talks about the house and its history, at meetings of your group.
