Open Garden, 2019

Lavenham Hidden Gardens on Sunday 9th June, 2019. This was our chance to show off our ‘hidden gem’ which lurks behind the wall at the top of Barn Street. Over 600 adults, children and assorted dogs came to look round. The sun gods shone on us after a soaking the day before and the day after!

Our volunteer gardeners worked hard to make the garden look at its best and looked after our visitors splendidly on the day.  They’ve been working this year. It’s a shame no one can get to see it.

A few people came in to look at the house and spent some money in our shop but the day was really all about the garden.
