We’ve been spending the winter restoring the Well Room. It’s now closer to how it looked in the Gayer – Anderson period and we’ll be continuing to work in that direction. Here’s some views of the new look.




And a swap of objects with the Library – the bureau went to the Well Room, as seen above, where it was originally, and Brill’s self portait is now where it was drawn.
The original style of lamp shades have returned to the Panelled Room, although not the original gas.



We’ve got two new Brill pictures in the Colonel’s Study, a sketch for the large self-portrait by Reginald and “Little Hall Cat” by his wife Rosalie.
